This class runs for 90 minutes and incorporates asana (postures), shavasana (deep relaxation) and meditation practice. This gentle, strengthening class is suitable for those who are needing extra support. Whether you have a physical limitation, recovering from illness, a hesitant beginner, not sure if yoga is suitable for you, or perhaps you may just want a very gentle practice. It caters for all adult age groups with a strong focus on individual attention. You will be encouraged to work at your own level, studying your body’s capacity to enable you to explore and deepen your practice in a safe and friendly environment.
