She has 15 years of experience specialising in the Wellness of Women with a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges associated with peri-menopausal and menopausal life stages. She is a Certified Menofitness Trainer and Holistic Core Restore Coach. Teaching females about respect and caring for their bodies by promoting Pelvic Floor Safe, Core Restore and Nutrition and Lifestyle changes to achieve Women’s Hormonal Balance, giving women a smart new way of approaching their changing body and Hormones.
