The style of yoga is Hatha / Vinyasa, a slow flowing yoga with a tendency for longer holds, which is both energising and relaxing for the body and mind. Variations for poses are given in class and are suitable for all levels, from beginner to the seriously fit and flexible.
Previous experience or flexibility is not required. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
