Training sessions are held on Monday evenings at Victoria University in Footscray. All members, including senior women and men and junior players, are welcome to attend these sessions.

As a club, Essendon Water Polo is actively involved in the development of the sport in Victoria. They have proposed ideas to Victorian Water Polo to recruit more players and increase the profile of water polo in the general community.
