These include private classes for individuals or shared private classes for individuals and a friend, semi-private classes for small groups, Pilates group classes, Pilates Reformer classes, Pilates Mat classes, Pilates on the Ball classes, rehabilitation classes within the context of a private, shared private, or semi-private class, pre and post-natal Pilates with home programming, AntiGravity® Fitness classes, and Barre classes.
