Personal training programmes at Elliott's PT are tailored to each individual, ensuring that you are constantly challenged and working towards your goals. Our group fitness classes are never the same and change with each session, providing variety and excitement to your workouts.

For men who haven't been to a gym before, our Men's Class is perfect for learning how to exercise safely and effectively in order to achieve the best results without injury. We also offer a specialised postnatal fitness programme, Beyond the Bump Circuit, which helps new moms regain strength after giving birth.

At Elliott's PT, you have the option to train outside or inside our private studio. Sessions are child-friendly, allowing moms to exercise while with their babies. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and modifications can be made for injuries to ensure rehabilitation while staying fit.

Unlike large gyms, we prioritise personal attention and smaller class sizes at Elliott's PT. This means that you won't be left to your own devices; instead, you will have the support, encouragement, and guidance of our dedicated trainers.
