At Dragon Kung-Fu & Tai Chi School, we also offer Tai Chi training for all levels of experience. Tai Chi is a gentle and low-impact exercise that focuses on slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation. In addition to Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes, we also offer Kalli lessons and ground fighting lessons. Kalli is a Filipino martial art that focuses on weapons training and close-quarter combat techniques. Ground fighting lessons teach you effective techniques for self-defence when dealing with an opponent on the ground. These additional classes provide students with a well-rounded martial arts education and the opportunity to learn a variety of techniques.
We offer both group lessons and individual training sessions to cater to the needs and preferences of our students. Group lessons are a great way to train with others, learn from their experiences, and foster a sense of community. However, if you prefer one-on-one instruction, we also offer individual lessons tailored to your specific goals and skill level.

This means that we can bring our classes to your workplace, community centre, or any other suitable location. We also have flexible hours to accommodate your schedule, and our services are available seven days a week.
