- Fitness testing for just $30 per test. This test includes body weight, body measurements, water %, physique rating, muscle weight, fat %, bone mass, metabolic age, BMR, visceral fat rating, cardiovascular test, strength test and endurance test. This is completed every 6–8 weeks to gauge your progress.
