Dolphin Gymnastics Club

Opportunity to explore a variety of gymnastics apparatus and learn basic skills, such as forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. This class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance while emphasising proper technique and body alignment.

Beginners classes are suitable for children aged 5 to 10 years old. The classes are held once a week for a duration of 1 hour. The term runs for 10 weeks, allowing children to progress and build upon their skills throughout the year.

Dolphin Gymnastics Club WOMEN’S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS (WAG) Dolphin Gymnastics Club offers Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) classes for girls who are passionate and dedicated to the sport. WAG is a competitive programme that follows the Australian National Levels system, allowing gymnasts to progress through different levels based on their age and skill level. Our experienced coaches provide personalised training and guidance to help each gymnast reach their full potential.

WAG classes are available for girls aged 6 and above. The classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, power, and artistic expression. Gymnasts learn routines on different apparatus, including the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises. The programme also includes conditioning and flexibility exercises to enhance overall performance.

Dolphin Gymnastics Club MEN’S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS (MAG) Dolphin Gymnastics Club offers Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) classes for boys who have a passion for the sport. MAG is a competitive programme that follows the Australian National Levels system, allowing gymnasts to progress through different levels based on their age and skill level. Our experienced coaches provide personalised training and guidance to help each gymnast reach their full potential.

MAG classes are available for boys aged 6 and above. The classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, power, and precision. Gymnasts learn routines on different apparatus, including the floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. The programme also includes conditioning and flexibility exercises to enhance overall performance.

Dolphin Gymnastics Club GYM FOR ALL Dolphin Gymnastics Club recognises that not all gymnasts aspire to compete, which is why we offer Gym for All classes. Gym for All is a non-competitive programme that focuses on the enjoyment and benefits of gymnastics for all participants, regardless of age or ability. These classes provide a safe and supportive environment for gymnasts to explore different aspects of gymnastics and improve their overall fitness.

Gym for All classes are available for boys and girls of all ages and ability levels. The classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance through a variety of gymnastics skills and apparatus. The programme aims to promote physical and mental well-being while fostering a love for the sport.
