Denmark Surf Life Saving Club

Denmark Surf Life Saving Club has been providing surf life-saving services to the Denmark community since 1958. Located at Ocean Beach, just ten kilometres from the town of Denmark, the club welcomes people of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a keen volunteer or have kids interested in Nippers, everyone is welcome to get involved.

As part of Surf Life Saving Australia, the club is dedicated to beach safety and patrolling. Our patrolling members spend their weekends during summer keeping the beach safe for swimmers. They work tirelessly to ensure that everyone can enjoy the water with peace of mind.

For those interested in joining, Denmark Surf Life Saving Club has a range of membership options available. From individuals to families, anyone can become a member and enjoy the benefits of being part of our welcoming and supportive community. Membership fees can be easily renewed online through the Surf Life Saving Western Australia website.

If you have children who are eligible for KidSport, our club is a KidSport eligible club. KidSport helps cover the cost of club fees or swimming lessons for eligible children aged 5–18 years with a concession card. It's a great opportunity to get your children involved in surf life-saving and develop important life skills.

Every Sunday during the summer, the club hosts Nippers and Youth activities at Ocean Beach. This is a fantastic opportunity for kids and teens to learn about surf lifesaving, ocean safety, and water skills while having fun and making new friends.

The Denmark Surf Life Saving Club is also available for room hire. The club boasts a stunning view from its deck, making it a perfect venue for events or gatherings. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or holding a corporate function, our club can provide the ideal setting.

Unfortunately, our Ocean Beach webcam is currently undergoing repairs and not in service. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have it back up and running by late 2023. In the meantime, make sure to check back for updates on beach conditions on Beach Safe.
