One-on-one CrossFit coaching. These sessions are 1 hour in duration and focus on developing correct technique of functional movement, increasing whole body strength and conditioning the body. These sessions are designed to help you feel comfortable within the CrossFit environment and familiarise you with the ins and outs of CrossFit. We can also help you with advice on nurtition and mobility/rehab/recovery.
