CrossFit Turmoil is a licenced CrossFit affiliate and personal training company located in Coburg, Melbourne, Victoria. Through these sessions, participants will develop foundational skills and learn the terminology, scaling techniques, and recovery methods necessary for successful participation in CrossFit classes.

The Fundamentals Programme is conducted by experienced and knowledgeable coaches. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance throughout the process. These personal training sessions are scheduled at times that suit both the individual and the coach and can be arranged for a cost of $99.

Once the Fundamentals Programme is completed, members are ready to join the timetabled CrossFit classes. However, if an individual is already an experienced CrossFitter and feels competent in the basic movements, they can contact CrossFit Turmoil to arrange a time to join one of the regular classes.
