"I’m new to CrossFit”
No problem! We have designed Induction sessions to get you into the WODs within the week.
The Induction Program is a series of three 1 hour sessions that cover CrossFit movements and technique. Each session builds on the last, so all three need to be attended in your first week. The first two inductions are free, from there you can decide to join the membership.
Starting on Tuesday at 0700, 1200, 1900 and continuing on Wednesday and Friday at 0700, 1200 and 1900.
