“Contrary to popular myth, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE FIT TO DO CROSSFIT!! CrossFit makes you fit.
However we noticed that for most people starting CrossFit can be daunting. So many movements and names to be learnt. How to perform them properly? This is why at CrossFit Switchback, we offer a structured Beginner's Programme for those keen to join.
Our Beginner Programme is $45 for 3 classes (1 week duration). You can choose to bring a training partner/s with you and still only pay the same amount (Terms & Conditions apply). The 3 classes will be conducted by a coach who teach you all the fundamental movements of CrossFit. At the end of the programme, you will be able to participate with our other members in the regular classes.
