CrossFit Kanga

CrossFit Kanga is a 100% purpose built CrossFit training facility in Brisbane and was established in 2013. The gym is owned and managed by Head Coach Dion Walmsley who is an experienced Crossfit trainer, lecturer at the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and qualified remedial masseur.

Located at 21/315 Archerfield Road, Richlands, CrossFit Kanga offers a range of fitness programmes to suit everyone. This includes high intensity CrossFit and circuit classes for those looking to stay in shape, get fit or burn calories by elevating their heart rate and challenging their body. CrossFit Kanga also offers one-hour Personal Training sessions for tailored exercise programmes as well as remedial massage sessions for those wanting to treat or prevent injury and maintain optimal health and performance.

The gym is a 400m2 warehouse situated only 14 kms from the CBD with equipment to suit every CrossFitter’s needs. Access to the gym can be gained from both the Centenary Motorway and the Ipswich Motorway with 136 car parks available.

Male and female amenities are available including showers for those early morning sessions before work.
