Working as a Personal Trainer in 2005 and since then believes he is “living the dream”.
Shane's passion for health and fitness was ignited from his own personal experiences of ill-health in his younger years, which led to him having a holistic approach to health and well-being.
Shane is determined to educate, motivate and support his clients with a positive attitude as well as help plan and obtain realistic goals.
He receives no greater satisfaction other than working within an industry he's extremely passionate about and guiding people to help them recognise their strengths and areas of passion, then watching them achieve and optimise their health.
