We offer a free class any day of the week to come and experience a Crossfit class first hand.
After your initial visit with us you will have three avenues of entry to our regular Crossfit classes.
The first and most popular is our Foundations Programme. These classes run every Monday and Wednesday night at 6:30pm.
Following your Foundation classes you will be ready to join our regular sessions as a beginner.
If you cannot make our Foundations Programme classes or need some extra attention, we offer a privately coached “Introduction to Crossfit” series. These discounted private coaching sessions will cover the basics of Crossfit over three to four hours of one on one training.
If during your initial assessment with us we determine that your previous training history would allow you to join right in with our regular classes, then we will give you clearance to get started right away. This is a rare occurrence however if you have had experience with Crossfit or have participated in high level training before we will allow you to begin following your initial consult.
