CrossFit Down Under is a fully licenced CrossFit affiliate utilising training techniques most commonly found in the strength and condition programmes of professional level sporting organisations.

CrossFit Down Under caters to people of all physical capabilities. The CrossFit programme itself is universally scalable, meaning that the physical needs of an elite level athletes compared to an elderly grandmother are only varied in their intensity and load- not in the movements used.
