Our experienced and motivational trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you are an experienced CrossFitter looking to try something new or have never tried CrossFit before, we offer free trial sessions to get you started. Our introductory foundations courses, which start every fortnight, are designed to teach you the fundamental movements and techniques of CrossFit, ensuring that you have a solid foundation to build upon.
We offer over 30 CrossFit gym classes, as well as Olympic lifting and yoga sessions each week. Our programming caters to all levels of fitness, from beginners to seasoned pros. Each session focuses on a strength or skill development component, as well as the Work Out of the Day (WOD). The WOD consists of a constantly changing combination of weight lifting, basic gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning exercises, all scaled to your personal fitness level and taking into account any injuries or mobility limitations.
To track your progress, we use the Beyond the Whiteboard software, allowing us to monitor your performance and ensure that you are constantly pushing yourself to achieve your peak intensity.
Education is a priority at CrossFit 2010. We offer regular advanced skills workshops to refine and learn new skills, as well as an Olympic lifting programme to introduce advanced movements into your repertoire. Additionally, we organise seminars on nutrition, mobility, and other aspects of health.
Community is a core value at CrossFit 2010. We believe that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about fostering connexions and relationships. We regularly organise social events and activities outside the gym, such as touch footie and BBQs at the beach, stand-up paddleboarding, and rock climbing. These events provide an opportunity for our members to come together, challenge themselves in new ways, and have a great time.
