The sessions are structured to be enjoyable and engaging, with a touch of organised chaos that allows kids to have a blast while learning and gaining confidence. To ensure fair play, participants are grouped according to their age, with the option for all-girls groups as well. Additionally, there is no need for expensive equipment as Auskickers can wear whatever they feel comfortable in.
Becoming part of Colac – Blue Auskick offers children a range of exclusive benefits. In addition to the friendships they will forge and the significant life skills they will acquire, Auskickers receive a unique pack of footy goodies and an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice, granting them access to exciting games. Furthermore, they have the extraordinary opportunity to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their footy heroes, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Colac – Blue Auskick recognises the importance of parental involvement and makes it easy for families to contribute to the programme. From coordinating activities to lending a helping hand or simply offering encouragement, parents play a critical role in ensuring a fun and inclusive environment for all Auskickers. Local Auskick coordinators are available to provide information and guidance on how parents can get involved.
