Club Synergy operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer over 70 live and virtual group fitness classes per week, all day crèche, Bootcamp sessions, personal trainers, breakfast bar and still the friendliest atmosphere Tamworth has to offer.

If you are looking for a one on one focus Club Synergy’s Personal Training will get you fit faster in order to achieve your desired health goals. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts. As with group training your personal trainer is fully certified bringing their highly tuned skills to each individual member.
Because Club Synergy knows that you are both dedicated about your fitness and your family we offer, at no additional cost, a crèche facility to assist in making your workout both convenient and enjoyable for you and for your child. Our qualified, experienced and committed crèche carers provide a supervised, secure and fun environment for children aged from 4 weeks to 12 years of age; from Monday to Saturday.
