The club was formed in 1981/82 with the merger of Central Park CC & St. Brendan's CC. The Shepparton Cricket Association ratified the formation of a combined club for season 81/82 and thus a bye for A grade was eliminated. Senior players who played in that first year were: Gary O'Brien (Captain), Barry Ward, Graeme Betts, Phillip Thorne, Greg Connors, Ray MacFadyen, Paul Deane, Donny Oliver, John Sutton, Robert Douloudis, Steve Thmas (Wk), Peter Walton, Peter Ryan & Shane Ward.
