The Central Coast Junior Motorcycle Club Inc. (CCJMCC) was established over 40 years ago with the aim of providing a safe environment for boys and girls from the age of 4 to seniors to learn, ride, race, and have fun. The club is located in the Gosford City Council area and boasts its own venue with various tracks including dirt track, long track, short track, and junior speedway circuits.
The club's main focus is on developing riders of all ages and skill levels. CCJMCC offers coaching clinics, practise days, race days, and major meetings throughout the year. One of the highlights of the club is the Central Coast Cup, an annual event held in May. The club has also hosted State and Australian championships as well as open meetings for both junior and senior riders.
From the age of 4 to 7, boys and girls can participate in demonstration events, riding 50cc dirt track bikes to learn the basics of bike control. At the age of 7, riders can start competing in races on a 65cc bike. They can then progress through various junior age divisions and bike classes until they reach 16 years of age. Junior speedway is open to riders aged 9 and above, starting on a 125cc bike and advancing to a full-sized speedway bike with a 250cc motor at the age of 14.
Membership forms and club rules can be easily downloaded from the club's website. Whether you are interested in motorcycle sport or just want to learn more about it, the CCJMCC website provides a wealth of information. The website also features a calendar of events, allowing visitors to stay updated on upcoming activities and meetings.
