Cassidy Alison

Alison has no plans to retire, despite having reached 'a certain age'. Her passion for Yoga and creative dance burns as brightly today is it did the first time she took a class in 1984. Before she started her family, Alison had tread the boards professionally. She studied drama, dance, mime, and singing and now draws on this diverse and eclectic experience to inspire her distinctive and spontaneous classes.
