Founded in 1892 in Hobart by Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture, BJP has been inspiring generations of Australians to exercise both their body and mind through this remarkable sport.
Every class at Cairns Physie has been carefully crafted to create the perfect mix of dance and exercise. Begin each session with easy stretching and warming up, followed by posture practise or learning a new dance routine. Our classes are designed with Australian families in mind and are aligned with the Queensland school terms.
