Our instructors will guide you through the basics, gradually progressing to more intermediate movements, while providing modifications and teaching you how to engage your deep core effectively.
However, if you're pregnant, we recommend getting clearance from your doctor before joining our online membership. While Pilates is excellent during pregnancy, it's essential to avoid exercises that are not advised for expecting mothers. By notifying us of your pregnancy, we can offer guidance and recommend suitable exercises to support your journey.
