Bushwalkers of Southern Queensland Inc. (BOSQ) is a renowned sports club in Brisbane, Australia. Established in 1964 as Binna Burra Bushwalkers, it is one of the original hiking clubs in South East Queensland. BOSQ is proudly affiliated with Bushwalking Queensland at the state level and with Bushwalking Australia nationally.

On the other hand, the by-laws serve as a dynamic document for internal administration, subject to regular changes as deemed necessary. Changes to the by-laws can be made either by a majority vote at a general meeting or, for minor changes, by the Management Committee.
