Burnley Golf Club is a sports club located in Melbourne, Australia. Established in 2007, the club was formed by a group of social golfers who wanted to play competitive golf in an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. It is based in the City of Yarra and is run by Burnley Public Golf Course, which is just a nine-minute drive from the centre of Melbourne.
The club welcomes both men and women and offers a range of benefits to golfers of all levels. These include low joining fees and annual membership fees, mixed competitions every Saturday morning at 7:30 am and every Thursday morning at 9:15 am, and the opportunity to win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes in these competitions. There are also longest drive awards for both men and women, as well as nearest to the pin awards on three holes.
Members of Burnley Golf Club also have the opportunity to join the Victorian Golf League and participate in VGL pennant teams, including a handicap VGL pennant team and a Division 5 Seniors VGL pennant team. They can also establish an official GolfLink handicap and enjoy membership discounts at the Burnley Golf Course Pro Shop.

Burnley Golf Club is supported by the City of Yarra Leisure and holds an Annual General Meeting. The 2022 AGM was held on September 6th, and the new committee for 2022/23 was announced. The committee consists of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, captain, handicapper, and several general committee members.
Please note that there are temporary changes to the course layout due to safety concerns. New slope and scratch ratings have been established for both men and women, and a new initial index has been created for each hole. These changes are temporary until the council decides on a longer-term plan for the course layout.
