Broadbeach SLSC

Broadbeach SLSC is a traditional family surf club located on the picturesque Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. With over 85 years of history, the club is committed to ensuring the safety of beachgoers and providing a vibrant and inclusive community for members of all ages and abilities.

The club's dedicated volunteer members patrol the Broadbeach beachfront every weekend and public holiday, from September to May each summer season. With extended hours during the Christmas holiday season, patrols run from 8:00am to 5:00pm, allowing beach visitors to enjoy the ocean with peace of mind. During the patrol season, the club holds two Nipper Sign On Days for children to join the junior activities programme, which runs from September to March and offers a range of surf life-saving activities for young beach enthusiasts.

Broadbeach SLSC also offers a stunning beachside venue for hire, perfect for hosting special occasions, including birthdays, weddings, engagements, school reunions, presentation nights, as well as business meetings and conferences. The modern and spacious function room boasts uninterrupted views of the ocean and parkland, creating a relaxed and picturesque setting for any event.
