As a long-time practitioner of yoga, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teaching. She has spent years studying various yoga styles, including Iyengar, Sivananda, Kundalini, and Siddha Yoga. Additionally, she is a certified Shiatsu therapist and an AHPRA registered acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist.

At Bowral Yoga Studio, there is a class for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi, you'll find a class that suits your needs. The studio offers group classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with options such as beginner classes, movement and meditation sessions, and flowing and general classes. Drop-in attendance is welcome, allowing flexibility in scheduling your practise.

In addition to group classes, Kate also offers individual yoga sessions. These personalised sessions are perfect for those who want to start their yoga journey or recover from an injury.
