We run carefully structured strength and conditioning group fitness classes and one on one personal training to help you maximise your overall fitness, whether you are a beginner or advanced member. Sessions can include weights, cardio and circuit classes.
We train in Scarborough, East Fremantle and Carine. For specific session times, use the Sessions page to see what’s available.
