Bikram Yoga is a specific sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises that are practised for 90 minutes in a room heated to approximately 39 degrees Celsius with 40% humidity. This practise is designed to promote optimal physical and emotional health and is suitable for individuals of all ages, abilities, and health conditions.
At Bikram Yoga Yarraville, our teachers are fully qualified and re-certified, having completed 9 weeks of intensive training under Bikram Choudhury himself. They provide verbal instructions to guide students through each posture, encouraging them to do their best and use focus and breath to create physical, mental, and emotional transformations.

In addition to Bikram Yoga, we also offer Inferno Hot Pilates, a training system that combines Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), all done in a heated room to 32-34 degrees Celsius and 40% humidity. This full-body workout aims to tone and sculpt your body, burn fat, increase fitness levels, strengthen your core, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility. The classes are suitable for all levels and are performed strictly on a yoga mat for zero-impact exercise, protecting your joints and muscles.
To get started with Hot Pilates, all you need is a yoga mat, a large bath towel, and a water bottle. Like our Bikram Yoga classes, first-time clients can take advantage of the 7-day introductory offer for $39, providing you with unlimited classes for 7 consecutive days.
