Beaconsfield Fitness Centre is a family owned and run fitness centre catering for all levels of fitness.
Established in 1988, we provide facilities and services that set us apart from other gyms and centres.
We have a large range of classes to suit all fitness levels and types, including Step, Power Bar, Spin, Circuit, Tabata, HIIT, Pilates, and Bootcamp.
Our fully qualified and experienced staff are “Freestyle” instructors, and so not bound by pre-choreographed programmes, but they instead have the freedom and skill to cater to the member’s requests and needs. Many of our instructors have been with us from the beginning of the centre.
Our weights gym is fitted out with pin loaded machines and free weights.
We also have a cardio theatre with treadmills, rowing machines, and stair-climbers.
Our centre memberships offer a fitness assessment and supervised programme with personal training tailored to your fitness levels, goals and needs, including rehabilitation. Guests are of course also very welcome.
We have a crèche with fully qualified and registered staff.
Our crèche staff are caring and creative, giving your little ones a fun experience.
