While the club currently does not serve food on the premises without prior arrangement, there are several catering options available. Customers can choose to outsource their catering, self-cater using the kitchen facilities, hire one of the club's BBQs, or utilise one of the preferred caterers. Food trucks are also a popular choice for catering purposes. The club aims to provide flexibility and options to meet customers' unique catering needs.
The bar at Ashburton Bowls Club has a restricted licence to serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, ciders, spirits, and soft drinks. The club offers bar staff to cater to events, and guests have the option to purchase drinks individually or set up a bar tab. If setting up a bar tab, the club requires the guest's driver's licence and credit card to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and prevent unauthorised charges.
