The Netball action is fast and furious at Action Indoor Sports Maribyrnong. The key to the success of the indoor version of Australia’s biggest participation sport is the net around the court which keeps the ball in play at all times to ensure a fast, aerobic workout for all.
Combining all the basic rules and skills of the traditional game with modifications designed to get everybody involved it is a great game for anyone looking to improve their fitness in a fun and exciting team environment.
