Our club focuses on Family, Fun, and Fitness and runs every Friday night from 6pm during the season. Children love to meet up with their friends and run, jump and throw in a fun family environment. We welcome all new athletes of any ability from the ages of 3 years and onwards. Please join us for a night of fun and friendly competition, even mum and dad can have a go!
