Welcome to 5 Elements Felixstowe Martial Arts Academy! Located in Felixstowe, our academy offers a range of martial arts classes for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, we have classes to suit everyone.
Our primary focus is on Muay Thai Kickboxing, and we offer classes for individuals aged 3 years old to senior adults. Our classes are divided into different age groups, including Mini Elements (ages 3–5 years), Little Dragons (ages 6–8 years), Juniors (ages 9–13 years), Family Class (ages 6 years+), Ladies Only (ages 13 years+), and Mixed Adults (ages 13 years+).
In addition to Muay Thai Kickboxing, we also offer Chow Gar Praying Mantis Kung Fu classes for individuals aged 13 years old and above. If you prefer a slower pace of martial art, this could be the perfect option for you.
Chris, the Head Instructor and founder of 5 Elements Felixstowe, has been involved in martial arts from an early age. He found that martial arts helped him with confidence during his teenage years and young adulthood. With a passion for teaching, he started the academy to provide a positive experience for students of all ages and abilities.
