At 3F GYM, Lara has ensured a variety of facilities and services to meet all fitness needs. From free weights to martial arts, there's something for everyone. The free weights zone is perfect for bodybuilding, with plate loaded machines, powerlifting platforms, and crossfit areas to help you strengthen and sculpt your muscles.

Lara's mission is to provide a holistic approach to fitness. She believes the body needs a strong foundation, a pleasant interior, and a great atmosphere. At 3F GYM, members can care for their body through various exercises, healthy food, supplementation, relaxation, and joining a supportive community. Lara aims to help everyone find the perfect balance in their lives.

The gym also features a kitchen where members can refuel with options for breakfast, lunch, fresh shakes, and coffee. Lara has also introduced the 3F Apparel line, including hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and shorts, so everyone can proudly show their dedication to fitness.

The team of fight coaches, including Micah and Karol John, are experienced in martial arts and are dedicated to helping members develop physically, mentally, and spiritually. Martial arts training at 3F GYM enhances not just physical form but also confidence and self-control.

The 3F GYM logo represents the pursuit of perfection, reflecting the balance of body, mind, and soul. Lara believes that harmony in these areas leads to extraordinary personal and athletic achievements. The triangle in the logo signifies a strong base and the aspiration to reach new heights.

With over 10,000 square feet of space, 7,000 kilograms of weights, a 1,000-square-foot fight cage, and over 50 pieces of equipment, 3F GYM has everything needed to meet your fitness goals. There are 16 machines for leg workouts and a 7-metre functional fitness rack among other facilities.

The gym is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, and on weekends from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, giving everyone ample time to fit in their workouts. Lara warmly invites you to join the 3F GYM Bournemouth community and unleash your full potential.
