Join Ann-Marie Mainprize for the 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training Course at the Yoga Club in Brough, East Yorkshire. This course is designed to equip and inspire individuals to become skilled yoga instructors. Upon completion, participants will have the knowledge and confidence to teach a variety of yoga styles, lead impactful classes, workshops, and retreats. The training will take place over 11 weekends, running on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am to 5pm. The course will commence in January 2025 and culminate in qualification in October 2025.
Throughout the training, participants will delve into the principles and philosophies of teaching Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa as therapy. Focus will be placed on alignment, anatomy, physiology, sequencing, and utilising yoga for specific health concerns, injuries, and recovery. Interested individuals are encouraged to join the Yoga Club on Saturday 14th October 2024 for the Yoga Teacher Training Open Day at The Yoga Studio Training Academy in Hull.
