Perfect Skating Ottawa is thrilled to introduce the 200ft Skating (Linear Front Stride & Linear Crossovers) Program scheduled to take place from July 15th to July 19th at both Bell Sensplex and Richcraft Sensplex. This program is open to male and female athletes who are eager to improve their skills in the areas of linear front stride and linear crossovers.
Participants can look forward to a 10-hour training program that will focus on enhancing posture, mechanics, and movement efficiency in their linear front stride, all aimed at boosting on-ice performance. The sessions will feature high-quality repetitions, detailed feedback, and corrections provided by our certified and enthusiastic PS coaches. With a player to coach ratio of 4-1 and a maximum of 12 players on the ice, participants can expect personalized attention and guidance throughout the program.
As a bonus, players will receive a complimentary PS Jersey and Socks to help them gear up like NHL players while they work on honing their skating abilities. This is an opportunity you won't want to miss out on if you're looking to take your skating skills to the next level!
