1-WEEK Hybrid Perfect Skating and Small Area Movement Program

Perfect Skating Ottawa is offering a fantastic opportunity for athletes to enhance their skills on the ice with a 1-Week Hybrid Perfect Skating and Small Area Movement Program. Taking place from July 22-26, 2024, at the Bell Sensplex and Richcraft Sensplex, this program is designed for both male and female players looking to take their game to the next level.

Participants can look forward to a 10-hour on-ice training experience, with each day consisting of an hour of Perfect Skating training followed by an hour of Small Area Movement exercises. Perfect Skating training focuses on improving posture, mechanics, and movement efficiency, while Small Area Movement exercises work on skill development, agility, and evasive skating techniques.

With a maximum of 12 athletes accepted into the program and a coaching ratio of 4 to 1, players can expect personalized attention from certified PS coaches. The program includes a complete on-ice movement analysis, a corrective program to enhance movement anticipation and timing skills, positive feedback, as well as a free PS Jersey and Socks for all participants.
