This exploration will not only revolutionise their understanding of Yoga but also help them connect with their true selves on a deeper level. Participants will also learn about the practicalities of teaching and how to effectively communicate and assist their students.
One unique aspect of this program is the incorporation of anatomy training. Taught by Conrad Freese, a certified Physiotherapist, this training will help participants understand how anatomy connects to Yoga and how it impacts their students. By understanding the physical body, participants will be better equipped to guide their students and ensure their safety during practice.
Meditation is another crucial aspect that will be covered in the program. Participants will explore various styles of Meditation and Mindfulness to tap into their potential, increase their present moment awareness, and gain confidence in making decisions. In addition, exercises from life coaching and personal development will help participants overcome obstacles that may hinder their personal growth.
By the end of the program, participants will receive certification as Yoga teachers (200 Hour) under the Yoga Teachers Together CIC. It is highly recommended that teacher trainees register with either Yoga Teachers Together or Yoga Alliance Professionals to obtain trainee teaching insurance.
