200 Hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Teacher Training

Join Vitality Traditional School of Yoga in Portlaoise, Ireland for their 9th offering of the Yoga Alliance internationally recognized 200-hour in-studio yoga teacher training. The training will take place in a cosy garden studio, providing an intimate and personalized experience with a maximum of only 8 trainees.

Participants will immerse themselves in a serene environment surrounded by nature as they embark on this transformative journey. Led by an experienced and dedicated instructor, the comprehensive training covers topics including asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and more.

With 102 live hours of studio sessions and 100 hours of online classes, participants will gain a deep understanding of yoga and develop the skills and confidence to teach it to others. The course fee is €2250 with an easy payment plan available. Training start date to be announced.
