Are you already doing Pilates but feel like you are getting lost in your group classes and not getting enough attention from your teacher? Or maybe you want to start, but don't feel ready and confident yet to attend a group class. Perhaps you have an injury that you are not progressing with and would benefit from Pilates-style rehab exercises prescribed to you by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Move with Pilates is now offering Private Online Pilates Classes with just you and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor. All classes will be personalised to your needs and skill level and will include technique correction, exercise modifications to work around your injury/pain sites, optional take home exercise program to keep working towards your goals outside of your classes.
As an exercise Physiologist, Carla has a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body and specialises in strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
Pilates is a low impact, full body workout that is great for stretching and strengthening the major muscle groups. If you prefer a lower impact style workout where majority of the class is performed on the floor this is the class for you :)
