

Move with Pilates offers online Live and Recorded Pilates Classes. Join us for a low impact workout, focusing on toning and lengthening the muscles.
Classes are delivered by a Certified Pilates Instructor and Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Our instructor, Carla, has spent 4+ years studying the physiology of the body and how our bodies react to movement at the University of Sydney. Alongside obtaining her Exercise Physiology Accreditation, Carla is a Certified Pilates Instructor.
Carla has experience working with chronic and acute injuries, disease management and elite athletes. As a professional Surf Ironwoman herself, she has experienced first-hand the benefits of Pilates for strengthening and conditioning the body and injury management.
One-on-one sessions are available upon request.
