Improve their swimming technique with expert coaches at Uswim!, a swimming club in Manchester. The sessions, which take place at Nuffield Manchester Printworks Fitness & Wellbeing Gym on Fridays, are specifically tailored to accommodate the needs of each swimmer.
Led by Coach Dave Quartermain, a top open water swimmer, participants will receive a comprehensive evaluation of their swim stroke, complete with video analysis. Coach Quartermain will then provide personalised corrective practices to enhance every aspect of their swimming technique.
Whether swimmers are just starting out and have never swum before, or are experienced triathletes aiming to achieve 'Ironman' status, these individual sessions promise to elevate their swimming skills to the next level.
The cost of each session is £50.00, which also includes a £2 Entry Central booking fee. It is important to note that once booked, refunds or transfers will not be available.
