Sandra has been a resident of the Hoddesdon/Ware area her entire life and has a passion for fitness and exercise coaching. She started her fitness journey in 2006 by offering two aerobic classes a week, including a diet and nutrition section. Over the years, Sandra has expanded her training and added various styles of exercise to her repertoire, such as SALSASIZE and ZUMBA.
In 2010, ZUMBA became popular in Hoddesdon, and Sandra wasted no time in getting trained as a ZUMBA instructor. She started teaching eight ZUMBA classes a week along with one aerobic class. To provide a well-rounded fitness experience, Sandra decided to incorporate PILATES into her class schedule. She was trained in PILATES six years ago and now enjoys the strength and stretch elements that PILATES offers in combination with the higher impact ZUMBA and Aerobics.
To further enhance her offerings and cater to different fitness preferences, in 2018 Sandra trained to teach STRONG NATION by ZUMBA. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class is designed to make your body stronger and fitter at any level of fitness.
At Zumba, Pilates, Aerobics with Sandra, the focus is on making every hour of exercise enjoyable and fun. Sandra believes that if you enjoy an activity, you are more likely to stick with it. Regular exercise is crucial for maintaining a healthy body, preventing injuries, and keeping muscles toned as we age.
The fitness centre welcomes both men and women of all ages, and classes are designed to accommodate different fitness levels. Sandra's goal is to make every workout session a happy and positive experience, creating a sense of community and companionship among the participants. Whether you prefer Zumba, Pilates, Aerobics, or a combination of all three, there are 11 classes to choose from each week, including two on Saturday mornings.
