Zumba Northwich

Welcome to Zumba Northwich, a dance school and leisure centre located in Northwich, Cheshire. We offer a wide range of dance classes for children and fitness classes for adults in a fun and supportive environment.

For children ages 3 and up, we have Ballet, Zumba Kids, and Musical Theatre classes available. These classes are not only a great opportunity for children to learn different dance styles, but also to develop their coordination, confidence, and creativity. We also offer school holiday workshops where children can continue to explore their love for dancing during their break from school.

For adults looking to stay in shape or simply socialise within their community, we have Power Fitness classes available. Our Latin-inspired Zumba classes cater to different fitness levels, with Zumba Gold for low impact and Zumba Fitness for high impact workouts. The latter can help you burn over 800 calories per class. If you're looking for a unique and fun workout experience, we also offer Clubbercise, a workout in the dark with glow sticks to your favourite chart anthems from the 90s onwards.

Additionally, our Jungle Body Konga class combines boxing, dance, cardio, kickboxing, ballet, HIIT, and strengthening exercises into one dynamic and calorie-burning workout.

For those who prefer a more gentle workout, we offer Hatha Yoga classes. These classes are suitable for all abilities and focus on stretching, toning, and improving posture and energy levels. We also incorporate breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to promote calmness and mental clarity.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently offering online live classes, so you can continue working out from the comfort of your home. Instructions on how to access and participate in these classes can be found on our website.
