At Zumba Gold with Alison, we offer a variety of classes throughout the week to fit into your schedule. Our Zumba Gold classes are medium intensity, providing a balance of cardio and strength training. These classes are perfect for those who are new to Zumba or have physical limitations, as they are designed to be low-impact and easy to follow.
You can find our live classes at various locations in Beccles, including Ringsfield Village Hall, Ditchingham Village Hall, Worlingham CEVC Primary School, and Blyburgate Hall. Each class is 60 minutes long, and the cost is only 6 per session. We also offer discounted rates for those who register for multiple classes.
Alison Nott, our instructor, is highly trained and certified in various Zumba programmes, including Zumba Gold, Zumba Gold Toning, and Plate by Zumba.
