Wendy Freear here, just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know about what's on offer at Zumba Fitness with Wendy in Chadderton, Oldham.
Wendy started this Zumba fitness journey back in August 2013, and since then, she’s been teaching a variety of classes that suit everyone, no matter your age, shape, or fitness level. She’s all about creating a welcoming vibe where you can have a blast and almost forget you’re working out. Picture this: a darkened room, disco lights, great music – it's all about having fun while moving to the beat.
Apart from Zumba, Wendy also runs other fitness classes at the centre. Here’s the lowdown:
- Fitball classes (toning exercises with a big gym ball) are on Mondays at 6:30pm. You’ll need to book in advance as space is limited.
- Legs, Bums & Tums classes, perfect for toning specific areas, are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm.
- Tabata Toning, a low-impact interval training class set to pop music, happens on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
These sessions run at a relaxed pace and cater to everyone.
Pricing-wise: it's £2 per fitness class, but if you’re up for Zumba, you get the discounted rate of £1.50 per class! Not bad, right?
A bit about Wendy: she’s got all the credentials you'd expect from a top-notch instructor, including Zumba Basic 1, Zumba Gold Level 2, Exercise to Music Level 3, and more – she’s even done a Fitball Instructor Course.
